1. Choose a place with low relative humidity, less dust, clean air and good ventilation. If the ambient temperature is too high (greater than 45°C), it is recommended to take cooling measures (such as avoiding direct sunlight, opening doors and windows, etc.) to avoid unnecessary high temperature shutdown; if the ambient temperature is low (less than 0°C), it is necessary to control the lubricating oil. The freezing point temperature is above the ambient temperature. Consider not only the low temperature in summer, but also the low temperature in winter, and think from a long-term perspective.
2. If the factory environment is poor and there is a lot of dust, a ventilation duct should be installed to lead the intake end to a place with relatively clean air. The installation of the conduit must be easy to disassemble and assemble to facilitate maintenance. The installation dimensions refer to the external dimensions of the air compressor.
3. Sufficient entry and exit space must be reserved around the air compressor. The distance between the air compressor and the wall must be at least 1500mm or more, and the distance between the air compressor and the top space must be more than 1500mm.
4. The height of the air compressor room should be kept at 5.5-5.6 meters, which is conducive to natural ventilation and creates better airflow.
5. The air inlet of the air compressor can be appropriately lowered, because the air temperature at the bottom is obviously lower than the air temperature at the top.
