Why does the air compressor not start normally?

1. Check whether the fuse is burnt and blown, which causes the circuit to fail and cannot be powered on.
2. Motor failure. The insulating layer is aging or the temperature is too high, the insulating layer is melted, the insulating effect is insufficient, and leakage occurs.
3. The motor is locked, overcurrent. There is not enough lubricant, or there is a foreign object stuck in the machine head, which makes the current too large and cannot be started.
4. PLC control failure. The program may have error codes, garbled codes; or static failures, which make the component circuits fail.
5. The contactor or inverter is burnt. The internal components are in poor contact and work, and they are melted by electric shock, and “arc” occurs.
6. Sensor failure. The pressure sensor or temperature sensor may be in poor contact, reversed or even damaged, which will cause it to fail to start. At this time, you should contact professional after-sales personnel for maintenance matters.
7. Check whether the power supply voltage is normal. The supply voltage of the screw air compressor is too low, and the power supply undervoltage will cause it to fail to start.
