Mobility and flexibility: 153SCYT-15-18 is equipped with 4 wheels, which is easy to move and suitable for scenes where the work location needs to be changed frequently, such as field construction; 153SCYT-15-18G has no wheels and is relatively small in size, which may be more suitable for installation and use in fixed places. Efficient compression performance: It adopts a dual compression stage design and has two operating modes. The rated exhaust volume is large, up to 20 cubic meters/min (714 cfm) and 17 cubic meters/min (607 cfm), and the rated pressure can reach 15 bar or 18 bar, which can meet the needs of compressed air under different working conditions and is suitable for a variety of industrial applications.
Strong power: Equipped with a Cummins 153kW diesel engine, it has strong and stable power, which can provide reliable guarantee for the efficient operation of the compressor and maintain good working condition even under complex working conditions.
Large oil storage capacity: The diesel tank capacity is 230L, and the maintenance tank is 48 liters. The large oil storage capacity can reduce the frequency of refueling and maintenance, extend the continuous working time of the equipment, and improve work efficiency.
Good air quality: The exhaust oil content is ≤ 3 PPM, which can provide relatively clean compressed air. It is suitable for application scenarios with high requirements for air quality and reduce pollution to downstream equipment and products.
Temperature adaptability: The exhaust temperature is between 80-110℃, which adapts to a certain temperature range, can work normally under various environmental conditions, and may be equipped with an effective heat dissipation system to ensure the stable operation of the equipment.
